Essentials of our Notary Service Includes:

  • Communication with you and the inmates attorney until notarization completion
  • Assisting you in obtaining the correct documents: If you are unable to get the correct documents yourself, or you are unsure of which documents you may need
  • Our Notary will meet with the inmate on the scheduled date at the MDC to notarize documents (you do NOT have to be present)
  • Once notarized, we will deliver the documents to you in a secured fashion

Placing the Order for Notary Service 

When you call our notary to place the order for service*, keep in mind, we MUST be aligned with a scheduled time by the Metropolitan Detention Center's staff before we can provide service.


*Notary Service at Metropolitan Detention Center are performed ONLY during the weekdays. (NO weekend service)


Delivery Options of your document are:

  • Certified Mail with Tracking
  • Overnight Mail (Additional Fee)
  • The day the document is notarized, you can personally pick up the completed documents from our office by 4pm
  • If your home or office is local, we can drop it off (a courier fee may apply)​
